What I've Learned

This is so true. 

Once upon a time,

 I was very reluctant of submitting my manuscript to a publishing house even if I wanted to be romance a writer. 

I was afraid of getting rejections in anyway. 

I thought I couldn't afford it.

But I wanted this so bad. 

Why don't I give it a try?

 I realized that it's better that I try to submit my work than not submitting it at all.

Even though my first try was a REJECTION, it was fine. 

`Cause if I didn't dare submitted my work, I'd probably still be dreaming to become a published writer.

And it opened my eyes to become stronger on facing rejections.

So even if I get rejections from time to time, I've learned to cope with it.

The decision to try made me want to pursue my dreams of becoming a published writer.

And it  finally did happen.

And the good news...

I've been wanting to post the good news here on my blog but I didn't get to log on in here because of our sucky internet connection in the office plus the fact that I don't get to sit much in front of our desktop here in home `cause my sister is doing stuff, things (lol!) related to her MBA and she needs internet. So, okay enough with that. I should get straight to the point, yeah?

So here it is....

JJ's STORY IS FINALLY APPROVED!!!!

Got the good news 2 Sundays ago~ The email was dated February 22 and it said that my manuscript was finally approved! Weeee!!! I screamed after reading the e-mail that one Sunday afternoon.

The feelings I got after receiving / reading the e-mail T^T~ Can't exactly describe it... I'm really really happy. Imagine, after 2 revisions it has been finally approved!

You watch for it guys! lol XD

Books and more books!

  

These are the books which I bought last February 22. I got a lot of money and I didn't know what to do with it (lol!), so I asked on twitter what should I buy-- Flip-flops, books or bag? Then a friend suggested that I should buy books. So yeah, after office hours I went straight to NBS and bought these books. It was a blissful feeling after. That's how much I love reading :3.

Got this book, "The Gift" by Cecelia Ahern from my BFF Nica.

Weee~ finally got it after 3 months! Good thing I didn't buy this copy `cause if ever I did,

 then I would have got 2 copies of this book :p.
