Hey there~

I'm so freakinggggggggg happppppppy! Finally, after 1 minor revision, and after 2 months, approved na ang story ni Radley and Olivia! Yass!

Alam n'yo bang March 2016 ko pa natapos sulatin ang istoryang `yan at April 2016 ko ipinasa? Four months after lang saka nagkaroon ng result. I revised it and submitted it back to my editor after a few days and sa paghihintay ko nang matagal, eh, wala pa ring result. Nung mag-follow-up ako 2 weeks ago, aba! ang sabi, hindi raw naibigay sa kanya ang revised manuscript ko. Talagang mapapa-WTF ka na lang.

Anyway, sinend ko ulit at after a few days ay may result na. Mabuti naman `no. Ewan ko lang sa PHR kung bakit sobrang tagal nilang magbigay ng feedback sa mga manuscripts lately. As in `yung mapapaisip ka. Kasi hindi naman dating ganyan.

I'm thinking na dapat may sistema sila when it comes to receiving and giving the manuscripts for evaluation to the editorial staff. Kasi sa totoo lang, nakakapraning maghintay. At nakakaawa din iyong ibang writers na ito ang kanilang bread and butter. Mabuti na lang meron akong regular job at hindi lang itong pagsusulat ang pinagkakakitaan ko. Kung hindi, nganga talaga ako.

Alam mo`yun? Kung puwede lang talaga mag-suggest sa publisher namin, eh. Kaya lang I don't have the "K" and the power to make reklamo and make suggestion. So, yeah. Ganyan talaga.

The best thing about this, is, I finally got an approved manuscript! 2014 pa kaya mula nang huli akong makapagpa-approve ng manuscript since hindi naman ako madalas magpasa ng manuscript. And by the way, same date din, October 25, nung ma-approved ang story ni Rad and Via~ just like Curtis and Katrina's.

Now, the question is, kailan kaya ito mare-release? I'm not really sure. Maybe I have to wait for more than a year? Kasi napapansin ko lately, matagal na rin silang mag-published/released ng novel. I have a friend na, almost 2 years na `yung novel niya since ma-approved and yet hindi pa ito nare-release until now. Hmm, what seems to be the problem, `no? Curious din ako.

Hindi inasahan ni Katrina na tutulungan siya ni Curtis—member ng famous rock band, ubod ng guwapo, talented, at sobrang sikat—upang itaboy ang isang makulit na manliligaw. Nagpanggap itong boyfriend niya, ngunit may hinihingi itong kapalit.
And then they were both involved in a kissing scandal. Ipinagkalat pa ni Curtis na girlfriend siya nito. Nagalit tuloy sa kanya ang legion of fans nito. And worst, they were calling her names! She was mad, of course, dahil wala naman iyong katotohanan. Ngunit nakiusap si Curtis na magpanggap siya bilang girlfriend nito. Maging ito pala ay may iniiwasang makulit na admirer.
Kaya pumayag na rin siya.
Oh, well, nagbabayad lang naman siya ng utang-na-loob. Iyon lang at wala nang ibang dahilan.
Ngunit bakit gano’n na lang ang epekto ng mga ngiti, titig, at pasimpleng halik sa kanya ni Curtis? Bakit parang kinikilig siya?
Posible kayang nahuhulog na ang loob niya sa lalaking mula pagkabata ay kinaiinisan na niya?

So after waiting for nine months! Yeah, freakin' nine months, my 4th PHR book has finally come out. I did not expect that it would be out in the market yesterday. I was really happy. Muntik ko nang makalimutan yung feeling nang may bagong release book.  And also, for the 3rd time in a row, maganda ang cover ng book ko. :) Buti hindi Kpop or Korean Actors ang nasa cover. Haha! And because I was excited to have my hands on my book, I immediately bought a copy yesterday. Napansin kong ang liit ng font sa book at talagang pinagkasya ang 30k+ word count sa 128 pages. Not sure if I'm going to be impressed or not. Oh, well, okay na rin. Magrereklamo pa ba ako? At ang napansin ko, sa teaser na nakasulat sa likod ng libro, may typo error! OMG! It's supposed to be perfect na di ba? Kasi libro na siya. But no. May error pa rin! And same with some of the words in the book. But in comparison to my previous release, the editing on this novel is much better. I honestly kinda liked it. Yep. I read the book version already! Ganoon ako kaatat mabasa yung sarili kong libro. Ininspeksyon ko kung ano ang mga nabago o pinalitan o mga typo errors.

By the way, this novel is the spin-off my first PHR novel, Tatta Hitotsu No Koi (My One And Only Love). So if you have read that, you're already familiar with some of the characters in this novel.

TRIVIA

Curtis Feliciano : The guitarist of the rock band Vampyres. He's the resident playboy of their group. At sa lahat ng heroes na isinulat ko, siya na yata ang pinakamakulit. At siya ang worst enemy ni Katrina mula pa noong mga bata sila. He's the youngest son of Senator Javier Feliciano. Ang sabi ko noon habang isinusulat ko pa lang ang istorya na 'to, si Jared Leto ang peg ni Curtis. Well, in terms sa long hair, charisma at pagkapogi. 

Katrina Leanna Vergara : I got her name from my FB & Twitter friend. Wala lang. Nagagandahan kasi ako sa pangalan niyang Katrina Leana. Hniram ko. Anyway, Kat is an owner of a salon and day spa. And she was a former commercial model and "it" girl of the Philippines. Ang visual peg ko kay Katrina ay si Kylie Padilla. Like I said on my old post, I really find Kylie beautiful. At no'ng isinusulat ko ang nobelang ito ay si Kylie ang naiisip ko kay Katrina. :) At oo nga pala, she hated Curtis Feliciano since time immemorial. XD

Supporting characters:

Jacqueline : Curtis's "crazy" ex-girlfriend. My friend requested na siya na lang daw ang kontrabida/ka-love triangle ng mga bida. So ayan, siya ang extra sa nobelang ito. XD

Radley : the drummer of Vampyres and Curtis's friend.

Drew : the bassist of Vampyres and Curtis's friend.

Shinji and Erika : Ang mga bida sa nobelang Tatta Hitotsu No Koi. Shinji is the vocalist of Vampyres at fiancee naman nito si Erika.

Miss Loraine : Manager ng Vampyres

Cha-Cha : Ang misteryosang personal assistant ni Drew.

Oh... If you've been reading my books, may ginawa akong cross over sa story na 'to. Chef Jaeden Lagdameo and his bar and restaurant was mentioned in this novel. Hihi.

3rd PHR Novel : Found You

Hindi alam ni Marla kung matatawa o magagalit sa kanyang ama nang sabihin nito na ipapakasal siya sa anak ng best friend nito. At dahil mukhang desidido ang kanyang ama sa pinaplano ay naglayas si Marla sa kanila.
Dahil sa labis na sama ng loob at kadesperaduhan ay naisipan niyang maglasing sa isang bar para pawiin ang lungkot at sama ng loob. And then she met Micky, the man who sat next to her. And one thing lead to another. She spent the rest of the night with him in his hotel suite!
Ang akala ni Marla ay hindi na muling magtatagpo ang mga landas nila ni Micky. But she got the biggest irony of her life! Because the man whom she refused to get married to was the same man she had a one-night stand with!
Unti-unting nahulog ang loob ni Marla kay Micky sa mga araw na lagi niyang kasama ang binata. Ngunit naputol ang lahat ng sayang naramdaman niya nang malaman ang pinakatatagong sekreto ng binata—matagal nang mahal ni Micky ang stepsister nito…

Woot! Woot! Finally, after 8 months, lumabas na ang story ni Micky at Marla! Yehey! :D I'm so happy! I did not expect that it would get released the first month of the year! :D  Ilang buwan ko ba naman hinintay na magkaroon ng released. I always loved the feeling of having a new published book.

In fairness, I love the cover. Just like sa cover nung Once And For Always, gandara din ang isang 'to! Thank you so much sa gumawa ng book cover ko!

This is so far my first 144 pages book. Inabot ba naman ng 33k ang word count nito. Hihi. Well, ginusto ko rin naman magkaroon ng mahaba-habang book, not the usual 126-128 pages we usually have in PHR. Anyway, the hero in this novel, Micky is Louise's stepbrother in Once And For Always. And he is also inspired from the Micky Yoochun or known in the korean drama world as Park Yoochun. And the heroine Marla, is Liza Soberano. Hahaha. Anyone who knows me, knows how much I love and adore Liza loves.

At dahil excited akong mabasa ang book version ng nobelang ito, I bought a copy last Saturday and started reading it. Natuwa naman ako, tho may mga editing na parang napapangiwi ako. Hehe. I found lots of typos. Which makes me really really sad. A book version should have been perfect na di ba? But what can I do, it's already printed. Okay pa rin naman ang kinalabasan at natutuwa naman ako. :)

TRIVIA:

Michael "Micky" Fajardo : inspired of Micky Yoochun of JYJ formerly from TVXQ :). Not my bias, but I kinda like him especially his singing voice. Micky in this novel is an architect-- which is really far from the real Micky Yoochun. Hahaha. Tbh, hindi ko nakuha ang pagka-Micky Yoochun ng Micky sa nobela na ito kompara kay Jaeden na Jaejoong talaga. Siyempre bias ko naman si Jaejoong kaya mas kilala ko ang personality niya. Hehe! I just wish na matuwa pa rin ang Cassies (if ever they get to read this novel) sa Micky ng nobelang ito.

Marine Lara "Marla" Soberano : I love the name "Marla". Bagay sa maganda at maarte. LOL. Hindi ko naman sinasabing maarte ang character kong si Marla, hehe. Medyo girly lang siya. At so far siya ang "girly" na character ko. At dahil inspired si Marla kay Liza Soberano, Marla here is also half-American, grew up in California. Basta habang sinusulat ko ang istoryang ito, si Liza ang nasa isip ko. Sobrang nagagandahan talaga ako sa kanya. Anyway, Marla's job is a freelance makeup artist-- inspired sa bff kong makeup artist. :)

Supporting characters :

Jaeden and Louise Lagdameo : Micky's brother-in-law and stepsister. They are my characters in my 2nd PHR novel, Once And For Always.

Ellen Sarrosa: Micky's mom. A former professor. Nabanggit ko rin siya ng slight sa story ni Louise.

Miguel Soberano : a heart surgeon and Marla's father.

Via : Marla's cousin and bff. she's also a make-up artist.

Justin : Micky's friend. He's an engineer working in Micky's company. Ang peg naman ni Justin ay si Kim Junsu or Xiah Junsu. If you're a fan of TVXQ or JYJ you know who I am talking about. Justin was supposed to be named "Xander". Pero nagbago ang isip ko, parang mas bagay na Justin siya. Yeah.

My Peg for Katrina Vergara

Hi, November!

So as I've said on my previous post, Curtis and Katrina is good as approved, now it's really approved! Well, it was actually approved last month, October 24th. They had asked for other requirements and I've already sent that already.

Moving on, like I've said before, I peg my characters from celebrities that I like. But this time, it's kinda different. My visual peg for my heroine Katrina Vergara is Kylie Padilla. She isn't my favorite, but I definitely find her pretty. I love her chinita eyes and she's so white. :) Habang sinusulat ko `yung story nila ni Curtis, `yung mukha ni Kylie ang nai-imagine kong mukha ni Katrina. As in iyong ganoon na ganoon talaga. Kinikilig naman ako. >.<

As for my hero Curtis, my visual peg for him originally was Jared Leto, kaso parang imposible na ganoon ang mukha ni Curtis dahil Filipino si Curtis. So sa isip ko `yung aura lang ni Jared ang nakuha ni Curtis. LOL. Parehas naman silang long hair at rock star, so keri na `yon. Para sa akin naman ay hot at guwapo si Curtis. Siyempre, ako ang author, eh! XD

By the way, I hope you could grab a copy when it's out in the market, but I dunno when. Baka next year pa. ^^;

Vanessa author of Diary ng Chubby, Skin, Dreams of Passion and Angel Dust Trilogy Book Signing Event

I make it a point that I attend every gathering or book signing event, my favorite Filipino author has, because she and my fellow Vanadikz always brings me excitement and joy whenever I'm with them. Hihi.

MIBF and Phr Cocktail Party

I went to the Manila International Book Fair with some of friends to support our favorite author, Miss Vanessa of PHR, who had a book launching of "Diary ng Chubby" and the romance erotica book, "Skin". ang daming naka-sale na libro at kung marami lang akong budget, I would have bought a lot of books yesterday. Sucks. Wala na akong budget, eh. Next week pa naman ang payday.

Anyway, after MIBF, we attended PHR Cocktail Party. Well, hindi ko na sasabihin ang mga kaganapan doon. All I can say is, I had a lot of fun because I was with my friends. :) It's really amazing to be with your friends.

P/S. Today marks the first year of the ugly scar I got from my surgery last year. Yeah, it's been a year since I had my partial Oophorectomy. Lol.

Good News!

Hi guys! I think, it's been awhile since I last made a blog entry. But anyway, here I am again to tell you a good news. Micky's story is approved! After one revision, it is finally approved! I'm soooo darn happy right now I could dance! I got the news last Friday when I sent a pm to my editor via FB and she told me that it is already approved. I didn't check my email last Friday at the office because I was doing something. Actually, I just wanted to know if my editor had received the revision of my manuscript I sent a week ago, (that's why i pm-ed her on Facebook) but I got a good news instead! Yaaay!

Anyhoo, just like any of my novels, I peg my characters to existent persons I know. And it's usually celebrities I like and adore. You may or may not be interested to know it but I'll it share anyway. Because this is my fucking blog. And I'll post whatever I wanted to post. Lol. The hero of my newly approved manuscript is Micky Yoochun of JYJ and formerly a TVXQ member, and for me, the heroine Marla is Liza Soberano. Hihihi. Like I was talking about on my previous blog.

Yes, for me, Micky and Liza are Micky and Marla for me ♥. Not sure if they suit together. But for me, yes! Haha! I dunno. I just like to pair them up together.

Until now, I couldn't believe that Micky's story is finally approved. Well, you already knew that it took me long months to finish writing it. And I do hope that readers would get to like the story. I'm not sure when it's going to be published in PHR but hopefully after 4 months. By the way, the title is "Found You" derived from JYJ's song Chajatta, which is Found You in English.

And oh yeah, I could move on to writing a new story. :)

2nd PHR Novel : Once & For Always

Kahit ilang beses na habol-habulin niya ito, walang problema sa kanya. What was important was that they were going to be together in the end.

Louise hated Jaeden to the core. Ito lang naman kasi ang asshole na dumurog sa puso at pagtitiwala niya six years ago. Dahil sa pagkabigo at pait na naranasan niya rito ay nagtungo siya sa New York upang kalimutan na ang lahat ng nangyari sa pagitan nila. Nang magdesisyon siya na bumalik sa Pilipinas—she was already a successful pastry chef—ay taas-noong sinabi niya sa mga kaibigan niya na matagal na siyang naka-move on sa ex-boyfriend niya.
And then she saw him again…
Seeing him again made her realize something. She lied. Hindi pa pala siya totally naka-get over sa kanyang ex-boyfriend. Pero hindi niya aaminin iyon kahit kanino. Lalo na kay Jaeden. Ngunit nang muling suyuin siya nito ay tinanggap uli niya ito sa buhay niya. Ngunit mukhang nagkamali na naman siya ng desisyon dahil sa pangalawang pagkakataon ay sinaktan na naman siya nito.

After 5 friggin' months, my 2nd PHR novel is finally released! Weee! :D Sobrang tuwa ko lang nung makita ko yung tag sa wall ko sa FB about my newly released novel. Although, ina-anticipate ko na rin na within this month ang release nito since last month pa nag-text yung Editor ko to change the word count of my first page. Masyado raw kasing mahaba kaya pinapabago niya. So, `ayun nga. 

Anyway, I really like the cover. Ang sensual, eh. Mas nagustuhan ko ito kesa ro'n sa book cover ni Shinji. Kita naman na maganda diba ;)? Kaya lang parang di bagay sa story...kasi hindi ko naman masasabi na sensual ang nobelang ito, `noh. Pero salamat pa rin sa gumawa ng book cover! 

Well, to be honest, I love Jaeden's story more than Shinji's ( from my first PHR novel). Haha. Wala lang, mas feel ko ang hero ko dito kasi this is inspired of Kim Jaejoong. And you know naman (if you're a regular reader of my blog) how much I love Jaejoong. Sabi ko kasi sa sarili ko, dapat bago makagawa ang ibang writer ng story na ang peg ay si Jaejoong (I know hindi lang ako ang may bias sa kanya, hehe!), kailangan maunahan ko na sila! Muwahahaha. Kaya kahit hindi talaga siya ang plano kong gawan ng istorya, pinilit ko pa rin ang sarili ko na mag-isip ng plot na babagay sa kanya. Haha! So, I've come up with Jae's story and ito nga `yon. And btw, it took me 2 months to finish the manuscript. Then it took me almost a month to edit it and finally submitted it in November 2012. At oo, two times pinarevised sa akin ng editor ko `yan. I was freakingly frustrated. Ang hirap kaya! LOL. Pero dahil ayokong i-give-up si Jaeden, eh di, gow pa rin until it was finally approved! Yay!

When I bought the book yesterday, siyempre excited ako agad mabasa. Medyo, nagulat lang ako na, binuo ng editor ang pangalan ng hero. He was supposed to be using "JJ" only. Pero naging "Jaeden" na siya. Oh, well, Jaeden James Lagdameo ang buong pangalan ni hero dito. Okay, kaya ko naman palampasin `yun. At least, mukha pa rin namang si Jaejoong. JAE-joong = JAE-den . O, diba? Love ko naman `yung name kaya carry lang saken.  

TRIVIA:

Jaeden Lagdameo: Like I've said before, the peg for the hero is Jaejoong of TVXQ/JYJ. Isipin n'yo na lang `yung mukha ni Jae sa Mirotic or Stand By U era. Iyon ang iniisip kong fez n'ya nung sinusulat ko ito. For me, it was his most gorgeous era. haha! Jaeden, btw is a Chef. Yep, dahil peg lang niya si Jae, hindi siya KPop idol dito. Haha! But if you get to read this novel and you're also a fan of Jaejoong and you know him well, I think mapi-feel mo `yung pagka-"Jaejoong" nung hero na si Jaeden. At dahil sa isip ko si Jae nga si Jaeden, they are the same age, 27. 

Louise Sarrosa: Her name was supposed to be Rachael Leigh. Got it from Rachael Leigh Cook (used to be my fave Hollywood actress back in Highschool). Kaya lang, naisip ko nagamit ko `yung Rachel na name do'n sa Tatta Hitotsu... `yung friend ni Erika (the heroine). That's why I decided to change the name of the heroine here because they are not the same person. Baka ma-associate nang nakabasa ng novel ko na `yun na si Rachael Leigh at Rachel na friend ni Erika (Tatta Hitotsu...) ay iisa. And then I saw Louise Delos Reyes on TV one night. I really like her name. Sabi ko nga, If I were to have a daughter I'd name her "Louise". So yeah, I finally named my Jaeden's partner Louise. She's 26 and a pastry chef. Bakit pastry chef ang napili kong trabaho ni Louise? Wala lang. LOL. Medyo natuwa lang ako sa mga cupcakes at cakes. I have a friend who has a hobby for baking. Siyempre, dahil wala naman akong alam diyan sa tunay na buhay, research ng bongga. Pati `yung best school for culinary arts abroad namili pa ako. Gusto ko sana sa London eh, pero mas sikat `yung nasa New York ayon sa napagtanungan ko at ayon na rin kay pareng Google.

Supporting Characters:

Micky: He's the overprotective stepbrother of Louise and Jaeden's friend. Kung nagkataon na may Pinoy Cassiopeia na makakabasa ng novel na 'to, #alamna kung sino rin ang peg ng Micky na 'to. haha!   

Yuan: Jaeden's best friend and Louise's boss and the owner of Yuan's Coffee Shop (na originally, Yuan's Coffee ang name), my editor changed it. Ok, whatever suits her. At least andun pa rin `yung "Yuan." haha! And like I said, if you're a Cassie, you'd know instantly kung sino ang peg niya. ;) At may peg din ang Yuan's Coffee Shop, Hollys Coffee. I was so fascinated with that coffee shop. I often see it in Korean dramas. Ang pretty pa ng website nila.

Max: Louise's admirer. He's a photographer. Siyempre kelangan ng third party na hindi naman talaga third party in its real sense, well for me, ha. LOL. At kung sino ang Max na insipiration dito? Sino pa, edi si Max Changmin! Since I love him too, siya ang ginawa kong guy na pagseselosan ni Jaeden.

Miranda: the international fashion and commercial model na friend ni Louise. I love Miranda Kerr as you all know. Si Miranda Kerr ang insipiration ng character na `yan.

Lissy: Louise's friend and the manager of Yuan's Coffee Shop. I haven't thought of someone para maging peg niya. Hmmm...wala akong maisip, eh! 

Special participation of : Jiji--- the blue russian cat of Jaejoong. As in Jiji rin ang ginamit ko sa alagang pusa dito ni Louise. Ang cute kasi niya. O diba, ang bongga ni Jiji the cat!

**If my friends would get the chance to read this novel, hindi na nila maia-associate sa'ken si heroine. Louise and I are a different person. I made her character na wala sa character ko. Well, kay Erika, kahit paano ay may nakuha siya sa'ken. Parang nanay lang na may pinagmanahan. LOL. Pero dito kay Louise kahit isa yata wala siyang namana sa'ken. Ayoko naman kasi isipin ng mga kakilala ko na ako na lang lagi ang bida sa mga nobelang sinusulat ko. haha! Kasi hindi ko naman talaga intensiyon iyon. Nagkakataon lang siguro.

Dahil usong-uso ito sa mga writers ngayon, makiki-uso ako XD.

Bawat writers, I believe before nila umpisahan sulatin ang mga istorya nila meron at meron silang mga inspirations for their heroes and heroines. And yep, myself included. Before I'd create a "perfect hero" for my story, iniimagine ko na sa isip ko what would he be like and what does he look like. Just like the hero from my very first published novel Tatta Hitotsu No Koi from PHR.

-- He's a Half Japanese- Half Filipino. Dahil love na love ko ang mga Hapon, I decided to make a hero na Half-Japanese.

Age: 27 - hindi ko ata nabanggit sa story kung ilang taon na talaga siya. pero sa isip ko 27 years old siya in present time.

Profession: Musician. Lead vocalist of the rockband, Vampyres.

Where I got his name?

--- His name came from one of the Kimura Takuya drama I've watched on TV wayback in College. yung isang character do'n na younger brother ng bidang babae at partner ni KimuTaku, his name was "Shinji" and was played by my Japanese actor crush, Takenouchi Yutaka. Cute na cute ako sa name na Shinji kaya ginamit ko siya. And as for the surname naman, I got it from the character Ikuta Toma played in Maou. He was named there Naoto Serizawa. Naghahanap ako ng Japanese surname na babagay sa name ni Shinji at iyon nga! The name Shinji Serizawa was born.

--- When I first wrote Shinji's story, crush na crush ko nung mga time na yun si Hyde, the vocalist of L`Arc~en~Ciel at Shou ng Alice Nine. For me, Shinji is a cross between Hyde and Shou.


☆☆☆☆ ERIKA ANGELES ☆☆☆☆

Age: 24 - hindi ko rin yata nabanggit how old she is in the present time pero nasabi kong 16 years old siya nung time na nagtapat ng wagas na pag-ibig sa kanya si Shinji, 8 years ago.

Profession: Marketing Officer sa Events organizing company ng mommy niya. And yes, she's also a frustrated romance novelist. Do'n sa original MS na una kong pinasa sa PHR, Erika works in her dad's company. Nagbago din ang mga iyon nang ipa-revise saken ang story na'to.

Where I got her name?

Since, Half-Japanese ang hero ko, gusto ko ang partner niya may Japanese name din na papasa rin for a Filipino. I chose "Erika", since name din iyon ng dalawang favorite Japanese actresses ko, Sawajiri Erika and  Toda Erika.

--- hindi ako masyadong nagbabanggit kung ano ang physical characteristics ng heroine ko sa bawat istorya na sinulat ko. Ewan ko lang, sakto na saken yung basta maganda si girl. Mas feel ko kasi yung dine-describe or detailed kung ano ang hitsura ng hero :)

Supporting Characters:

Rachel-- Erika's friend and a fan of the Vampyres. Sa original MS, hindi Rachel ang name niya, but Chenna. I changed her name, wala lang. Kasi may feeling ako na pag reject/revision novel ko pag inayos ko at pinalitan ang pangalan ng some of the characters eh, ma-approve yun.

--- originally, I have plans to write each of the Vampyres' members respective story. I actually have written a few chapters of Drew's story. Last year yata iyon, but I left it hanging. Pag sinipag ako, tatapusin ko ang story niya. And Curtis has already appeared in 2(?) of my stories that were never submitted to any publishing. Wala lang, ever since eh, naging character ko na siya at naisipan ko siyang isama sa story ni Shinji. Actually, siya ang plano kong next hero for a new story that I wanted to write. Kino-conceptualize ko pa nga lang ang story niya but I already have a heroine for him :)

Alessandra Meneses-- the international fashion model. cousin of the owner of the Vampyres record company. one of the girls na naka-affair ni Shinji when he & Erika lost in touch for 8 years. My inspiration for her was Alessandra Ambrosio. Sa original MS of 2010, hindi Alessandra ang pangalan niya kundi Keiko Kimura. Half-Japanese na ex-gf ni Shinji.

--- I've already posted here ang nangyari sa story ni Shinji before it was published. I made a "major" revision of his story. Maraming scenes, details at kung anik-anik na nabago from the original manuscript I submitted in 2010.  Pero ang hindi lang nabago dun ay yung katotohanan na ever since ay patay na patay na si Shinji kay Erika.

--- The Japaneses phrases that were used in the novel, some of those alam ko na because basic lang naman iyon. yung iba naman, with the help of the ever reliable Mr. Google.

--- And yes, just like what I said in the dedication page of my book, it's all THANKS to Nino's song Niji. Kung hindi talaga dahil sa kantang iyon ay hindi ko matatapos ang nobelang iyon. Buong magdamag na iyon at iyon lang ang pinakinggan ko habang pilit na tinatapos ko siyang sulatin.

 Mahirap ang pinagdaanan namin nitong si Shinji, but it was all worth-it kasi it's finally approved and then published :D .

yay! finally after 48 years my very first novel from Precious Hearts Romances is finally out! I didn't really expect na 3 months after siya ma-approve saka siya lalabas akala ko next year pa. Kaya I'm soooo happy!!! Kinikilig ako sobra.

Tatta Hitotsu no Koi (My One & Only Love) → ayon sa aking friend eh, ang literal translation ay "Just One Love".

Erika was a frustrated romance writer. Lahat ng manuscripts niya ay pawang mga reject! Dumagdag pa sa mga isipin niya ang pagkakatuklas niya sa pangangaliwa ng kanyang nobyo. Dahil doon ay hindi gumagana ang muses niya at hindi siya makapagsulat. Aba! Hindi dapat nangyayari iyon sa kanya! Paano na ang pangarap niyang maging isang prolific writer?
So, to aid her dilemmas, nagdesisyon siyang magbakasyon sa kanilang probinsiya para makalimutan ang heartache niya at makapagsulat uli ng bagong nobela.
