Hey, guys! I know I'm not posting anything on here since a month ago. I have a lot to say but I just don't have the time.
Anyway, I got news for you Kim Jaejoong fans (like myself) out there! He has announced that he has plans on having a fan meeting right here in the Philippines! OMG! When I first heard about it, I freaked out! I just might see him before this year ends or early next year. No definite date and time yet but it is 95% sure that he'll be coming here in my homeland. Fuck. I've been waiting all my life to see him in flesh. And I definitely wouldn't want to miss that chance no matter what. But I hope I have money when the time comes they announce the ticket selling. OOR is soon gonna have a concert in Manila next year (I will do a separate post about it.) Jeezus. Kim Jaejoong has finally noticed all his Filipino fans! Gahdddddd. I'm totally excited about this. I know that getting the fooking tickets will be bloody among fangirls but I will try my very best to secure one of those precious ones. Heck, I'm not even thinking of getting the VIP (I've no idea how much that'll costs), I just want the fucking ticket to his very first Philippine fan meeting! That's all that matters to me.
I'm so excited. There's a hush hush that JJ's fan meeting would probably be November 30 or January 1st. Hmmm... whatever. I just hope I got the money by that time.

Hi, y’all!
How have you been all doing? I hope everything’s fine and dandy. Lol!
I really have this big dream about my writing career and I always doubt myself if I can make it to reality. You know, I’ve always wanted to have a series or mini-series and trilogy. This year, I promised myself that I would do it and fulfill one of my dreams. And I just want share with you guys that this year, I started writing my first ever TRILOGY. Woot woot! Finally! I’ve decided to focus on this one. Other stories that need their stories be told have to wait for a year… or I dunno exactly. I always write 1 manuscript, per year. LOL!
As any one of you who have come across my blog, you know how slow I am when it comes to writing and finishing a manuscript. The novel I am currently writing has started back in January of this year but as of this writing, I am not done with it yet , because the only time I get to write is only over the weekend. So until now, I’m still at Chapter 7. Anyway, I also decided to post this one up on my Wattpad account. And if you’re a constant reader of my blog, you’d notice the widget I have on top of my page, the one with the title “CARREON SISTERS ACCIDENTAL WEDDINGS: Juliana and Her Reluctant Groom”. This trilogy is about three sisters and their sudden weddings.
Having said that, I’ve pegged my characters to people I fancy these days. For starters, my characters are named Zander Samaniego and Juliana Carreon. And for this story, my visual peg for the hero Zander is Nick Bateman, and I believe a lot of you know him since he is a famous model and actor. If you ask me why I pegged Nick Bateman to my Zander, well, I think he just fits Zander. When I was imagining Zander’s character and how he looks like, all I could think of is Nick Bateman in a formal suit. And as for Juliana, my visual peg for her is one of my favorite beauty queens in the Philippines and one of my girl crushes, Catriona Gray. But aside from Catriona’s physical appearance, my heroine Juliana’s background is also inspired from Catriona Gray’s background in modeling and being a pageant queen, especially with her stint at last year’s Miss World competition.
Well, Nick Bateman and Catriona Gray suit together, don’t you think so? Because I totally think they are. Anyway, I hope I could finish this story as soon as possible so I could work on with the next two books. For starters, this entry is not a review but a mere commentary about the drama, Fight My Way. I do not do reviews since hindi naman talaga ako magaling doon. Haha.
Alam n'yo bang isa ito sa masasabi kong favorite kong korean drama evarrrr? Yes. Tama nga ang pagkakabasa mo sa sinabi ko. Simple ang story pero may touch ng reality. Yung mga ganap sa buhay ng mga bidang charactes dito ay hindi nalalayo sa mga pangyayari sa buhay natin. Ano nga ba ang tawag nila roon? Slice of Life? Pero in fairness, ang taas daw ng rating nito sa South Korea. Relatable kasi yung struggles in life ng mga lead characters.
Actually, ang dami kong gustong ikuwento kaya lang baka ma-spoil kayo tapos tamarin na kayong panoorin ito. Pero ang masasabi ko lang, ang lakas ng chemistry ni Seo Joon at Ji Won! Every time I see them on the screen together, yung feels at kilig ko overflowing! I instantly became a shipper of these two beautiful people. Sana in real life maging mag-jowa din sila! Haha. At in fairness uli, kahit yung dalawang supporting characters na sina Joo-Man at Seol-Hee, litaw na litaw din ang chemistry.
Anyway, ang pinakagusto ko sa drama na 'to, eh yung character ni Kim Ji Won as Choi Ae-Ra. I really like girls who got spunk and are feisty. Yung tipong hindi magpapaloko o hindi magpapa-api. Iyan talaga `yung mga peg ko sa buhay. Kasi nga diba sabi ko, ayoko ng mga pabebeng character? Iba talaga 'tong si Ae-ra eh! I totally love her.
Yung cinematography, bongga as usual. Di naman basta-basta ang Korean drama. I also like the OSTs, malakas maka-LSS. Bentahe talaga ng mga Kdrama `yan no? If you're a huge Kdrama follower/fan, mapapansin n'yo yan sa kanila.
Wala naman akong maisip pang ibang sabihin, ang importante lang naman ay kung may time kayo, panoorin n'yo na 'to. I'm sure na makaka-relate talaga kayo lalo na kung may jowa kayo. Haha.
Jin-wook and Yoo-mi meet at a Gangwon-do resort and get caught up in a series of misunderstandings and accidents. Yoo-mi was charmed by Jin-wook's sly and playful personality, and they unexpectedly spend the night together. However, Yoo-mi disappears in the morning, leaving Jin-wook feeling perplexed and irrationally angry.
Three years later, the two meet again when Yoo-mi becomes a nutritionist at the company cafeteria where Jin-wook works. They pretend to not recognize each other, while fighting their attraction for each other. Finally Yoo-mi admits that she remembers the incident. Jin-wook asks her the reason why she left him and she replies that it was just a one-night stand.
Dahil gusto ko lang i-compensate yung mga panahon na dapat nagpo-post ako ng entry sa blog, eto na. Sinisipag naman ako today kasi wala naman akong ginagawa sa office as of this writing. Luh.
The last time I watched a Korean drama was last December 2016 with Goblin. Just like Han Hyo Joo and Lee Jong Suk’s W~ Two Worlds, I also wasn’t able to finish Gong Yoo’s popular drama. Ewan ko ba. May issue din ako sa Goblin. When I was on episode 10 (I think), bigla akong nawalan ng ganang tapusin. I’m not exactly sure what my reasons were. Hindi ko lang din siguro ganoon ka-bet yung female lead na si Kim Go Eun as Ji Eun Tak (tama nga ba `yung name?). Tapos May-December pa `yung peg nila. LOL! May issue talaga ako sa mga May- December affair or age difference na ganyan kalaki ang agwat. Anyway so, `ayun nga, I can’t remember the last Korean drama I’ve finished watching.
Wala talaga sa plano ko na manood ng Korean drama kasi di naman ako mahilig sa bandwagon kemerut eh. And nagsawa na rin ako sa kaka-Korean drama ko nung college days ko. Nawalan din ako ng interes sa mga leading men sa Korea, hindi ko na actually kilala talaga `yung mga sikat sa panahon ngayon. Nagkataon lang na na-curious ako sa series na ‘to nung makita ko sa newsfeed ko `yung clip ng kissing scenes sa My Secret Romance. Parang ang sarap kasi humalik nung leading man. Landi ko naman! So dahil curious nga ako, I decided to watch this drama. First episode and I’m hooked already! I’m familiar with the leading lady Song Ji Eun kasi member siya nung KPop girl group na medyo gusto ko--- SECRET.
Anyway, going back to the MSR, as I’ve said earlier, typical na `yung plot pero mae-enganyo talaga yung viewers sa mga eksena. Tho at times, hindi lang naman ito `yung beses na nakapanood ako ng Kdrama na may eksenang parang fillers lang? Pero tolerable naman, eh. But that aside, tama `yung timpla ng kilig scenes, yung characters maganda ang portrayal nila sa roles nila especially Sung Hoon as Cha Jin Wook. He’s the perfect Chaebol Oppa. LOL! Ang lakas ng charisma sa screen ng lalaking ‘to. Kapag pinapakita siya sa screen parang gusto ko rin ng sarili kong Chaebol Oppa. Haha. WTF. Pero kung may kinaiinisan lang din ako sa characters, medyo hindi ko type yung character ni Lee Yoo Mi. `Yung hiccups ni Yoo Mi every time magkakalapit sila ni Jin Wook, iritang-irita ako, bes. She’s too PABEBE. And I hate pabebe characters. Pero hayaan na natin si Ate Gurl. Nadala naman niya `yung character niya na `yon. And she’s not the reason naman why I kept on watching this drama. I love the story. I love its simplicity, the romance and `yung kissing scenes. WTF.
Isa sa mga bagay na gustong-gusto ko sa Korean drama `yung cinematography nila. Bongga talaga sila pagdating dito. Isama na rin natin `yung OST sa mga drama nila na talagang pinaglalaanan nila ng atensyon. I really wish Pinoy teleseryes would step up their game and be like Korean dramas in terms of production and cinematography.
If you have time or you’re new into Korean dramas, I’d suggest you also watch My Secret Romance. Thirteen episodes lang naman ito, madali lang n’yong matatapos.
Hiroto Miyama (Jun Matsumoto) is a poor lawyer who takes on criminal cases, but unable to make money. He pursues the truth for the 0.1% out of Japan's 99.9% conviction rate. One day, Hiroto is scouted by Haruhiko Madarame (Ittoku Kishibe). Haruhiko Madarame is the head of Madarame Law Firm which is one of the biggest law firms among the 4 big law firms. Hiroto Miyama begins to work with Atsuhiro Sada (Teruyuki Kagawa). Atsuhiro Sada is a lawyer specializing in civil cases and makes lots of money for the law firm. He doesn't have any interest in criminal cases which can not make money.

I've wanted to tell you guys about 99.9 Keiji Senmon Bengoshi by the time I was done watching it, but I got TOO LAZY to do it. AS USUAL. Nothing’s change yah know. Besides that, I got busy with a lot of work in the office and I can’t squeeze in the time for writing this blog.
So anyway, I thought I’m not gonna be able to finish a Japanese drama/Jdorama specifically a MatsuJun drama cos his other dramas didn’t interest me that much especially the one he did last 2014, SHITsuren Chocolatier. The title says it all, it’s SHIT. Charot! But 99.9 is a different story. I’m not sure what got me swayed into watching it. Perhaps because of its legal drama theme and MatsuJun’s character Miyama Hiroto who’s a lawyer slash detective. But hey, he's not a 'detective' per se. Miyama would always investigate the crime scene before he deducts his theories. In the end, their legal team would always wins the case (they are lawyers for the defendant). You should watch this so you'd know what I'm saying. And somehow this reminds me of How To Get Away With Murder, wherein Professor Keating would always defend the suspects of the crime either did it for real or they were just accused for it. But Miyama and his legal team do not do dirty tricks just to win a case.
I’m glad that Jun has taken on this role and this kind of concept. I think it's the second time that he did not do a romantic leading man role. He was never the best actor for me in all Arashi, but I could fairly say that he gave just the right justification for his character Miyama-sensei. I’m not saying this becos I’m a MatsuJun fan. He did okay, not stellar. And I think Jun enjoyed playing this role, a goofy lawyer.
What I like about Japanese drama is that they focus on the themes of their dramas. If it’s a legal or medical drama, they are focused on the issues surrounding the lawyers and doctors. They do not even have kissing scenes! You won’t see the lead character kissing or having sex with a female/male character even towards the ending. They do not mix medical with romance. But if there’s a romance going on between the characters, it’s just minimal, like it was just a subplot. So yeah, Jun doesn’t have any kissing scenes in 99.9. And I’m not complaining. He shouldn’t be kissing one of his “pañeros”, right. Hahaha.
All in all, 99.9 is a good drama. The episodes got me hooked that I was able to finish the whole season in 3 days with 10 episodes. Thought I could never see that day again.
But if there’s one character which I find really annoying, it would be Miyama’s best friend, Tatsuya Akashi. And I think the drama could go on even without his comical and annoying character. Every time I see him on the screen and doing his antics, I really want to slap his face or kick his ass. Alam n’yo yung, hindi naman nakakatulong yung character niya para gumanda `yung drama. Nakakairita lang talaga siya. But aside from Akashi’s character, naiirita din talaga ako sa mukha ni Ayano Tachibana (Nana Eikura). Di talaga siya kagandahan, bes. Like, I was wondering how did she even become an actress, she ain’t pretty nor have the acting talent. Lol. I’m savage af. But I’m just telling the truth yah know. I’ve never find her cute or a good actress even before.
Anyway, there are a lot of questions in my head that need answers and I heard that there will be a season 2 in the works coming this 2018. I’m excited!
I just want to be honest, but I think these girls are more talented when it comes to singing, dancing and performing live than the Spice Girls. Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge Spice Girls fan back when I was little. But, let's all admit it, Spice Girls aren't that talented in singing. And the only member whom I can say who's got nice vocals is Mel C. While in Little Mix, all the girls can SLAY your idols.
Some said there is no need to compare, but my point is, these girls deserve global recognition. They are underrated. Other groups are way popular than they are even when these popular groups do not even have a talent to boot. People should be aware of how talented Little Mix are.
I hope by this song, Little Mix have finally conquered the US and the world. Jesy, Leigh-Ann, Jade and Perrie are totally slaying!

I've been waiting for this because Jae looks so pogi in the BTS photos I've seen over Twitter. And I've a weakness for men who has boxing skills. LOL! Pardon my absence in blogging, I got busy with a lot of things in real life and I just haven't found the perfect time to post anything on here. Well, I've actually have a lot of things to tell you about and I'm quite excited about it. I have not said anything here about me going to South Korea but I just fucking did last month.
Ako kasi `yung tipo ng tao na hindi nagkukuwento sa madla (unless super friends talaga tayo) hangga't hindi ako dumarating sa puntong iyon. Baka kasi ma-jinx ang pagpunta ko sa South Korea kaya hindi ko `yun pino-post talaga. masyado. LOL. Anyway, I plan to blog about it one of these days. It was a short but very memorable trip for me. Tell you what, it's actually my first out of the country everrr. Amazing, right? LOL! Until now, I can't believe that I've gone to what I call the "The Land of Kimchi and Oppa."
Hopefully, I could get back there again. Sayang ang visa ko. Three years pa man din `yon. I'll be coming back for sure. Kailangan lang kumayod ng malaki para bongga ang susunod na pagbabalik. Hihi.

Ed Sheeran is coming back to Manila once again for the Divide Asia Tour! Yaaaay! When I heard about this yesterday, my hands were literally shaking. My friend Donna and I are already coming up with a game plan on how to secure our VIP tickets for this concert. Becos the last time Ed was here, we're seated at the lower box B and it's too far from the stage and from the seat we initially wanted to have or be seated. Damn Ed Sheeran tickets were selling like pancakes that time! So right now, bawal na matulog sa pancitan. We'll be doing our best to get the VIP tickets and the best seats. I just hope they would announce soon when's the preselling of the tickets so we'd know what time we're gonna go to the nearest SM TICKETNET outlet. Lels.
Medj nenerbiyos na talaga ako ngayon pa lang. Alam n'yo yung stress ng isang fangirl? Haha. The last time I was super stressed was the time ONE OK ROCK had their very first Manila concert and I wanted the PULP ROYALTY. Of course, iba `yung perks ng nasa VIP. You get to see the artist up close.

Well, this will be my first post for the month of May! Gaaah! Life's been fast paced don't yah think? We're almost halfway through the year 2017 and yet I'm still stuck with this boring office life. You know what? If I only have a choice, I would've left this job a long time ago. But as of now, I don't have any other options aside from pursuing my dreams of becoming a full-time writer. BUT! Right now, I think it's not the time yet to settle my life for that. Well, unless I get married and the husband agreed and approved upon of me staying at home and doing something I like while I take care of him. LOL! It is the romantic life I always daydreamed about.
But real life sucks and I have to face it. I do not have that husband who loves me so fucking much he can't live without me in his life and understands my passion for writing. I have to earn a fucking living to provide for myself. But hey, I'm not saying I only want a husband so there is someone to support me financially. I still want to work tho becos, how could I use all those lovely lipsticks and makeup I bought if I don't go to work, right? It's the only struggle I think about being a housewife. I don't think I can ever touch makeup if I'm mostly at home and will just probably use it if I go outside to make some errands or something. It's not the same as putting on the makeup or lipstick every day for work. Unless I'd put on some makeup while I do the household chores, take care of the kids and writing a novel. Haha! I can't imagine that... is there a woman who does that? Like for real? I don't know anyone who does that.
But I don't really know. The only reason for me to decide to be a stay-at-home-wife (housewife) is if the husband can provide for the family enough that it doesn't require for me getting a job also. But then, being a writer pays too. It just isn't enough unless I become popular and a best-selling one.
So what to do? I think about these things a lot as if I have a boyfriend to marry. LOL! Well, it ain't bad thinking about my future, right?

Did you know how piss off I am the first time I heard Ariana Grande and John Legend's remake of the song "Beauty and Beast"? I was so pissed off I want to stab someone's trachea.
The new version is so fucking irritating it lost its magical touch like what the original version has. Ariana and John Legend are good singers on their own but this duet is so MEH! The fuck they did with this wonderful song? GAHDDDDD! I WANT TO SCREAM MURDER! They do not have any chemistry at all and they lacked the emotion unlike the original singers Celine Dion and Peabo Bryson that made the song classic and magical... and which always brings me to tears every time I hear it.
I'm really so pissed off just thinking about it.

Aside from watching Kong Skull Island over the weekend, I also watched this film with my uni bffs. This movie brought a lot of nostalgia to me. And I think, I cried two times while watching this film especially on the part where Belle and the Beast were dancing along to Mrs. Potts singing of "Beauty and The Beast". Haaay... that feeling.
I think 90 percent of the live-action movie stayed true to the original animation in 1991. And according to wiki, they just added four new songs for this film.
And hey, the actor playing the Beast is sooooooo freaking handsome! Nakakaloka si Dan Stevens ha. Especially with his long blond hair. So princely talaga ang datingan, eh. Yung long blond hair ang nagdala. I've also fallen in love with the Beast! LOL!
If you guys haven't seen this live-action film/remake of Beauty and The Beast, go watch it! Sobrang haba lang ng pila sa cinema. Mga isang oras kami nakapila bago nakabili ng ticket. But worth it naman kasi the film's really good.
I've watched this movie over the weekend with my uni bffs.
I am so proud of my dearest Tom Hiddleston for top billing this film! Although his name is on top of the billing cast, he wasn't stealing all the limelight. Hihi. And that makes Tom super nice.
Anyway, I didn't expect this movie would be that good. But I honestly liked it. I think it's the best Kong movie in all King Kong movies I've seen.
And if you're a Hiddlestoner, you definitely wouldn't want to miss this.
So Ed Sheeran just dropped his full-length third studio album last March 3rd and I'm totally raving about it! All tracks are quite good, but I have songs I super loved. I'm thinking of listing all of them here but I'm kinda lazy as of today so just let me tell you about my favorite track in ÷ (Divide)...
so far my all-time favorite track in Ed's new album is this song, Dive. ♥
Ed's vocal is soooooo amazing and the lyrics are so deep. I love it so much that I listen to this song every single day.

I believe a lot of you guys know Little Mix's single "Touch". And to be honest, hindi ko masyadong bet ang kantang 'to, altho it's really nice, because of the sexual innuendo of the music video. Like meh. Are you girls really doing that for fame or something? I thought Little Mix are different from the usual groups or artists who sell sex with music. But the girls joined the band wagon. I'm so sad. Hindi ko `yan inakala sa kanila. I actually didn't like their new album Glory Days because of its sexual and explicit content. LOL! Parang Dangerous Woman ni Ariana Grande. I mean, magaganda naman `yung kanta talaga. But, do they really need to talk about sex in one whole album? Wth.
Hindi na ito child-friendly album. Knowing that they have a huge fan base for the young ones. Kung ako ang magulang, hinding-hindi ko ipapakinig sa kanila ang mga kantang walang ibang topic kundi sex. Makinig na lang kayo ng The Beatles or Michael Jackson. LOL! Seryoso. Kapag ako naging nanay, `yung oldies but goodies music ang ipapakinig ko sa mga anak ko. Also included sa child friendly music, ang mga kanta ng Arashi. Iyan talaga ang mga kantang para sa akin ay okay pakinggan ng mga bata.
Anyway, having said that, let's go back to Little Mix's "Touch" song. I did happen to like this song because of Ed Sheeran's cover. And I like his version better than the original one. Like seriously. Ed made the song's cover as if it was his own. He did his own flavor to the song.
Oh, gahds! I love this man so much! Super talented talaga ni Ed! I wish I could find someone like him kahit na hindi conventionally handsome, eh oozing with talent naman. For me naman, basta bet ko at hindi pogi para sa lahat, bet ko talaga. Lels.
I know I am not in love with him. Well, maybe I like him too much because if I don’t, then I’d not wait for him to text me or message me. Or get excited whenever he message me.
I don’t know why but I miss having conversations with him. He’s not even the type of man I wanted to end up with. But he makes me smile with all the silly and cute gestures he did to me. And I’m fucking sad whenever he ignores me when I know he’s on line. Like I always need his attention.
I wish I know how to ignore him like he ignores me NOW. Maybe he doesn't really mean what he told me before. And I can fucking feel it.
I don’t want to assume things between us because at some point, I know we ain’t gonna see each other. We’re so miles apart.
I want to forget all these silly feelings he made me feel because I don’t want to get hurt in the end. And I always get hurt in the end with men I start to like.

I love reading and watching true crime stories and serial killers. And if there's one serial killer I especially like, it is Ted Bundy. Kung alam n'yo lang kung gaano siya kaguwapo at ka-charming, hindi mo talaga aakalain na he murders women of different ages. I really think he had a brilliant mind. And oh, he was also a law student, you know? So, sino mag-aakala na serial killer pala siya di ba?
But aside from Ted Bundy, my favorite true crime stories are about: The Killer Clown aka John Wayne Gacy who murders young boys and buried his victims in the crawl space of his house; The hubby and wifey Paul Bernardo and Karen Homolka; Richard Ramirez; OJ Simpson murdering his wife (did you know that Kim Kardashian's father Atty. Robert Kardashian was OJ's lawyer? At nagawa nito at ng buong defense team ni OJ na i-acquit siya sa salang murder? Parang Annalise Keating lang 'tong tatay ni Kim K, eh.); the last one would probably be JonBenet Ramsey's murder na till now, unsolved pa rin ang case. At hanggang ngayon, sinusundan ko pa rin ang kasong ito. Napakahaba ng details niyan, kung interesado kayo sa true crime stories gaya ko, i-research n'yo na lang.
Ang haba na ng sinabi ko regarding this. Well, I am so passionate about serial killers and stuff. Can't help it. Kapag ganyang topic, talagang nag-eenjoy akong pag-usapan.
I'm actually asking myself if I have serial killer tendencies. Hmmm... so far, parang wala pa naman. LOL!
